Michael W. Major
President and CEO
Michael W. Major studied Pharmacy at the Medical Academy in Lodz, Poland. Finished his academic carrier as a tenured Professor of Medicinal Chemist at age of 33. During his time at academia he published 40+ peer review publications and was an exchange scientist at Northwestern and McMaster University and Alexander von Humboldt scholar at University of Stuttgart.
Michael passed the Canadian Pharmacy Examining Board exam.
His career in Milwaukee, WI started with Aldrich Chemical, followed by Cambridge Chemical.
In 1998 he started Major Laboratories and in 1999 Cambridge Major Laboratories. Read more…

Melissa B.
Regulatory & Quality Systems
Melissa comes from the industrial workforce for 23 years, 17 of which have been in the pharmaceutical industry, working with Class I, II, and III medical devices including combination drug products, injectable aesthetics, engineered plastics and biomaterials. Melissa started in the R&D Laboratory as a Technician and worked her way through to Sr. Biomaterial Scientist, before transitioning to Quality Assurance Specialist. Melissa is our Senior Quality Assurance Associate and has been a strong addition to the team. Her greatest strengths are QMS compliance including change management, document control, design control of new products, corrective action investigations and training.
Ana B.
Manager, Analytical Development
Anna received her PhD in Organic Chemistry from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and has been working in the pharmaceutical field since. Her career began as an Analytical Scientist II in the Analytical Research and Development department of Sterling Pharma (Former Cambridge Major Laboratories/Alcami). She has 10 years’ experience managing an industrial analytical chemistry laboratory. She has extensive experience in contract client management and in interactions with regulatory agencies. In 2017 Anna has transitioned to Mass Spectrometry Laboratory Manager at Milwaukee Institute for Drug Discovery at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where she is responsible for day-to-day operations including training, work-flow management and contract client interactions and supports the research of facilities users.
Ben N.
VP of Operations
Ben received his PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Kansas and has been working in the pharmaceutical industry since. His background includes working with formulations of small molecule injectables, mAb/peptide injectables, oral liquids, oral solids, shampoos, topicals, nasal sprays, and ocular drops. He has worked on over 20 transfers of dosage forms from the lab scale to production. He was also the R&D representative on a team that assisted the build out, installation of equipment, and qualification of equipment and systems in a new production scale facility. He has been at MPP since August of 2017. Ben’s strengths come from his broad knowledge of formulations and process equipment which started with designing scientific instruments in graduate school for which he was listed as the inventor on a University of Kansas patent
Angelo V.
Director of Technical Operations
Angelo has been with MPP since its inception and brings his experience of over 20 years in IT Management, Web Development, Packaging Design, and Instructional Design and holds a master’s degree in graphic design from the Istituto di Arti Operative in Italy and a bachelor’s in accounting. Angelo is currently the Director of Technical Operations overseeing all the company’s IT infrastructure, security systems and access controls while supporting the company’s marketing needs. In addition to his technical expertise, Angelo speaks 4 languages and having worked both locally and abroad, has been able to bring his innovative design, managerial and technical skills to MPP.
Jacob P.
Senior Analytical Chemist
Jake has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for the past 10 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from UW Milwaukee. He has a broad range of experience in the analysis of API’s through to finished goods. Jake began his career as a quality control technician and rose through the ranks to become an experienced Analytical Development and Validation scientist. Jake joined MPP Group LLC in 2019 as a Senior Analytical Scientist and is responsible for difficult developments and training junior staff. Jake has a keen eye for method developments that are efficient and QC friendly. He also excels at trouble shooting instruments and very mechanically minded.
Matt E.
Analytical Chemist II
Matt has been employed in the pharmaceutical industry for 5 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from UW Milwaukee. Matt has worked at various levels of drug development within the industry including testing of API, granules, IV bags, injectable products, tablets, and excipients. He currently holds the position of Analytical Chemist II at MPP Group LLC. Matt has excellent attention to detail and has demonstrated himself to be an expectational quality control chemist. He has extensive training and experience in cGMP documentation and testing of materials per all applicable guidance from the FDA, as well as performing method transfers and validations, and the troubleshooting instrumentation.
Curtis B.
Warehouse & Shipping Manager
Curtis comes to MPP Group as a leader in warehouse management for over 17 years. Curtis oversees the warehouse and shipping/receiving maintaining organization and control over inventory. Curtis’s background and education in management contributes to his success in meeting MPP Group’s customer needs.
Chris W.
Manufacturing Associate
Chris is the youngest member of the MPP team and is just beginning her career in industry. Chris holds the title of production associate and she assists with both production tasks as well as facilities maintenance. Chris has grown into a reliable team player who is always eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Andrea L.
Accounting
Andrea adds extensive experience in accounting and office management to MPP. Andrea currently maintains all the financials and manages ordering, site administration and office needs related to supplies, safety and human resources.

Does MPP offers CMO services?
No, although MPP is exploring the buildout of 2 sterile manufacturing suites, at this time does not offers contract manufacturing services.
